Pricing for an event and having all the florals and equipment, labour and design fees all in one place and calculated into individual items have always been a challenge, its one of the things I used to struggle with. I created this spread sheet to enable you to Price each item for your client, it will include the labour and designs fee to include costings for your prep time, delivery and clear down. It will also give you, the quantities of flowers you need to order. 
I can also created a video to guide you through how to use the spread sheet. 
When you down load the excel sheet please save it under a different title. make sure you make a master copy that you can duplicate for each new event.
