Our Process
Step 1: Initial Inquiry
Reach out through our enquiry form or email. Share your wedding date, venue, your ideal send and a little about your vision. We'll confirm our availability and arrange your consultation.
Step 2: Design Consultation
We'll meet either over the phone or via video call for a relaxed, in-depth conversation about your wedding. We'll discuss your style, colour palette, venue, ideal spend, and look through any images you have sent me together. This is where we get to know you and your vision.
Duration: Approximately 1 hour | Complimentary for serious inquiries
Step 3: Bespoke Proposal
Within 7-10 days, you'll receive a detailed proposal including a mood board, itemised quote with transparent pricing breakdown, and suggestions tailored specifically to your wedding. Everything is presented clearly so you understand exactly what you're investing in.
Step 4: Refinement & Booking
Once you've reviewed the proposal, we'll discuss any adjustments you'd like to make. When you're happy to proceed, we'll send your contract and invoice for the 15% booking deposit. Your date is secured once we receive your signed agreement and deposit.
Step 5: Planning Journey
You're not on your own from here. We'll check in with you at key milestones, answer questions as they arise, and work with your venue and other suppliers to ensure everything flows seamlessly.
Second payment of 40% due 3 months before your wedding
Step 6: Final Details
6-8 weeks before your wedding, we'll have a final consultation to confirm all details: confirm flower colours and main varieties, final guest count, final table numbers, and timings. This is when we lock in every last beautiful detail.
Final payment of 45% due 4 weeks before your wedding
Step 7: Your Wedding Day
Relax and enjoy. Our team arrives early to install your florals with meticulous care. Every arrangement will be perfectly placed, fresh, and stunning. You won't need to think about a thing—we've got it covered.
